CRO Manager - Chubbies

Solo Brands (Chubbies) is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager and this exciting opportunity may be for you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to build the CRO roadmap
- Own on-site Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives with the goal of maximizing RPU, CVR, AOV & UPT
- Brainstorm, prioritize, and execute experiments and A/B tests via close collaboration with internal and external teams
- Analyze test results and compile detailed retrospectives on your findings to present to key stakeholders
- Lead Solo Brands’ agile testing practice to rigorously mine for opportunities to remove points of friction along the customer journey, increase customer engagement and conversion behavior, and create a best-in-class consumer experience for our brands.
- Partner with the UI/UX designers to brief design and interaction modifications that align to the test hypothesis; manage design approval process
- Create test plans that define hypothesis, document test goals, identify elements being tested, and establish test timing estimations and reporting plan.
- Partner with front end developers to scope tests within A/B testing tool, QA and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Distill broader ideas from the internal teams for suggestions regarding the eCommerce store and ideas for future enhancements
- Oversee day to day management of internal development & agency relationships
- Project manage new content testing opportunities, working cross-functionally to finalize elements from copy to photos and design assets
- Monitor incoming and outgoing feature requests ensuring they are made in time for scheduled product releases and marketing moments
- Work with developers to set up environments, review code, and ensure standards compliance in all aspects of the development and launch pipeline
- Keep up with CRO best practices and trends
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of eCommerce experience, ideally either in-house in DTC eCommerce or at a Digital / CRO / eComm agency
- Strong familiarity with editing, maintaining and optimizing custom BigCommerce & Shopify storefronts (or similar platform with transferable skills)
- A highly organized “doer” with an exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, work autonomously
- Experience within headless environments is a plus
- Experience with Dynamic Yield/Optimizely preferred
- An effective cross-functional communicator, with capabilities to work proactively across internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical and detail oriented thinker, comfortable with numbers and Excel and Google Sheets
- Scrappiness, "no task too small" attitude with a bias towards action and an aptitude for picking up new skills quickly
- Coding skills are a plus (CSS, JS, React, HTML)
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
